It's come to my attention that some people feel there's a "war" against Christmas in this country. Some even want to boycott stores where employees say awful things like "Happy Holidays."
I'd call this Exhibit A of people with too much time on their hands.
People tend to rect bdly when "normal" gets redefined without their input (whether by courts, retailers or other people who just aren't them)- especially when "Normal" supported something they believed in (ther's probably a good lit crit way to say that but I can't think of it). I would argue Gay Marriage opposition is a larger example of this. School prayer 30 years ago too.
