Wrong fiasco, Bob

Bob "Scooter" Novak chides the Republicans for getting bad headlines:

McConnell's tactics resulted in no resolution passed by the Senate any time soon. The White House was overjoyed. But Tuesday's newspaper headlines indicated a public relations fiasco for Republicans

Uh, Bob, that's what the Manhattan Media does, look for ways to write bad headlines about Republicans, false or true doesn't matter. The fiasco isn't the headline; the fiasco is not recognizing these people as being on the other side.

No, not at all. It was the bad headlines that give you validation for your false beliefs.

Someone who might be ColumbusGuy, if he went through Google's validation procedures. We love Big Google (tm).

(And I meant to note, I made some assumptions about what "croaked the war part" means.)

I see when the people reject your view they are falling for bad headlines and have false beliefs (in 06) but when they support it they are merely affirming traditional values (in 04).

I think Anonymous #1 means "croaked the war party"

Sorry, anonymous, not quite. Things were just as rickety in '04 as in '06. If anything, the chits were mostly on your side both times, so be of good cheer. Soon just wages and adequate health care will be everywhere--just not where any individual happens to be at any given moment.

SWMBCguy, etc.
