Biden's The One
Joe Biden is a thoroughly uninspired choice for Veep, but an understandable one. Biden helps fill the experience gap, and, more important, signals that Obama is not too radical.
Biden is the choice of a man who's not playing to win, but playing not to lose. Perhaps that's the way to go, but I can't see anyone getting too excited.

I think that Biden was a bad decision. Delaware has too few electoral votes and he is a little nutty. I figure Obama did it to take some of the scrutiny off of himself. Looking more and more like Romney for McCain...

Delaware not only has too few electoral votes -- they were going to Obama anyway. At least he adds a lot more IQ points, at least according to himself. Or did he steal that idea from someone else?
Biden helps in Florida. If Obama wins Florida, it's over.
More than Florida, Biden helps in Pennsylvania -- his parents are from there and he's a Catholic. If Obama wins Pennsylvania it might be over.
