The Key
I'm looking at my keyboard right now. It's fairly new, yet I notice the "e" is almost completely worn out. The "s" and the "r" aren't doing much better.
Here's an idea. Keyboard manufacturers should make the more popular letters harder to wipe off than the rest.

My cousin wiped about 15 of the most popular letters off her laptop during the first year of law school. By comparison, I still have the same keyboard on my desktop from two computers ago (I really like the keyboard) and the letters are fine, albeit dirty. I think some people just press harder and/or swipe downward at the keys when they type.
Or sweaty fingers, maybe?
btw - that "popular" letters page in kinda cool. I'd never guess that "n" would be more popular than "s".
I'll have to remember that the next time I'm playing Hangman at Box Office Mojo.

Is no one going to comment on the real stunner here? There's a photo on the Pajama Guy blog! What is going on?
Yes, you're right, Irene, as an experiment I have started adding more visuals to the blog. I did it because I thought Blogger's technology got better for such stuff (or at least I noticed). I hope it's not too disconcerting for regular readers.
