Courtesy of Dirty Harry, I am reminded of how much I miss Deadwood and Ian McShane's portrayal of Al Swearengen. It's good advice and given in a manner that you won't forget.

Me too. Al was quite possibly my favorite tv character of all time. Shakespeare-quality soliloquies interspersed among bad-ass hard-boiled cynicism.
Is Deadwood over for good?
Last I heard they couldn't come to terms on a final season, so informally agreed to produce one final 2-hour special event finale. That was about 18 months ago, though...
