Free Lunch
Hey, go to a KFC today and get a free piece of their new grilled chicken. No kidding. (Go to several KFCs and get several free pieces.)

PS Just got back from my local KFC. It was a madhouse. Really backed up. Apparently no one had anticipated that giving away the product would significantly increase demand.

Have to think through the marketing here. The local TV news this morning (small market stations live for product-release press releases)spent 60 full seconds on this story. However in their stilted non-scripted banter, the anchors went a little off message- Would it be called "KGC" now and didn't that sound like "KGB" but do kids today know what that is? Well didn't KFC also stand for "Knights of Columbus" (which I think would be "K of C")
and on and on. Ah well, the risks of unpaid media.
However maybe it effective (for the Colonel I mean) because I'm still thinking of it. If there free, maybe I'll check it out.
