Kind Of A Drag

Drag Me To Hell has gotten surprisingly good reviews. The basic plot we've seen before: Alison Lohman plays a loan officer who denies an old Gypsy lady an extension on her mortgage. The woman puts a curse on Lohman, and much trouble ensues.

Here's what I want to know. If the Gypsy woman is so powerful that she can sick the demons of hell on people, why is she having so much trouble keeping up with her payments?
