In terms of immediate impact, its the Pirates. No WS since 1979, no playoffs or even a winning season since 1992, no more than 75 victories in any season this millenia and haven't seen a 69th victory in a season for six years. If they improve 20% this year over last (which they probably won't), they will win 74 games. Yet I am hopeful for this year
