I Have Seen The Future
Yesterday was an important preview for Lost fans. For the first time in months, there was no new episode. This will be the normal state of affairs after the finale on May 23rd.
How was it? Not pretty. It'll take some getting used to.

The show returns for the next three Tuesdays, through Tuesday May 18, and then the finale is a two-hour event on Sunday May 23. So that final week has three hours of new Lost!
And then no more.
I wonder if this odd schedule was designed so that the two-hour finale didn't preempt the struggling "V". Or maybe they just wanted the finale to be on a date that is one of the Numbers?
I assume they shifted the show to make sure there's as much Lost during May sweeps as possible (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nielsen_ratings). But the Lost numbers may be an added reason. I never thought of that.
