Of all those I've seen on the silver screen, I think Lana Turner had the name that sounded most like a movie star. I'm not that big a fan of her films, but it's a great name. Hedy Lamarr is a close second.
Proof that I don't watch enough old movies: When you mentioned Lana Turner, I thought of her pseudo-cameo in L.A. Confidential. And when you mentioned, Hedy Lamarr, I thought of Blazing Saddles.
