Paul Mazursky has died.  He was an intriguing director who did some good work but I don't have time for a full tribute.  Here are three posts about him--as an actor, writer and director--but it doesn't add up to much of a eulogy since I give a thumbs down on all three movies.

I once posted on his fine memoir Show Me The Magic but can't find it. No matter.  Let me suggest you read the book itself.
