Bad title. "Clever Hans" should be used when describing a man named Hans who does something smart. Using it for a horse is too on the nose.
Can't say that you're right, but the title should have been "Don't tell Clever Hans".
Okay, now I can say that you're right. But the title still should have been "Don't tell Clever Hans."
