Food, Glorious Food
A bunch of holidays today:
It's National Mustard Day.
It's Mead Day.
It's National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day.
It's National White Wine Day.
It's National Jamaican Patty Day.
So your menu is all set. You can make that work, can't you?

KNOE serving ArkLaMiss confirms National Sandwich Month is a thing.
I think it would have been cooler if a sandwich was called a Montague (cf, John Montague, Earl of Sandwich is the source of the name) but of course the hereditary title had to prevail
Okay New England Guy, Great idea! I'll meet you soon at McCormick & Schmick's at Quincy Market for a burger.
OK that's good because they closed the one near my office. I guess Quincy Market is still OK to say but there is a move to change the name of the Faneuil Hall piece of the complex, Mr. Faneuil having been a slave-owner. But I am wandering into material for a separate post
