Leon Redbone has died. He was 69. Really? When he first came on the scene in the 1970s he seemed to be 69.

Bob Dylan early on (before Redbone was a thing) said something to the effect of "He could be 25 or 80 and I've seen him face to face.“ Great live act, btw. One of the most weirdly compelling shows I've ever seen. Made an impassioned plea for a reevaluation of Nick LaRocca (look him up.) I don't think it was a put on.
