Heroic Recovery

Heroes show-runner Tim Kring is taking the hint from all the criticism and refocusing his storytelling. He's also gotten rid of his second-in-command writers Jesse Alexander and Jeph Loeb.

Heroes has been going down in ratings since it's first season, and I don't think it can recapture the magic. But at least Kring knows there's a problem and seems to be taking measures. He says he'll work more on characters and less on plot twists, simpifying what many see as an overly complex story. I don't know if this is a good thing. Yes, make the character more fun, more consistent and less stupid, but the first season was just as much about a grand story with multiple character that ended each episode with a twist. Let's not lose that.
