Jews For Jesus

I expect filmed TV shows to have perfect closed captioning, because there's plenty of time to get it right. So I was surprised to see a pretty major mistake on Nurse Jackie.

Jackie is having lunch with her doctor friend, discussing a patient. The doctor says "Jews are so funny." Jackie asks "Is that racist?" and the doctor replies "I think it's a compliment."

However, the closed captioning had the first line as "Jesus, how funny." Which is an odd, if understandable mishearing (the doctor is British), but makes the following lines meaningless.
