You Need To Star In A Sitcom
The apartment that Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill and Jason Schwartzman share in Funny People is just around the block from where I live. It's the Larchmont Lofts, and was built only recently. The apartments inside are fairly sizable as these things go.
In case you're wondering what a place like that costs in real life, the lofts start at $3000 a month.

Better be careful, you'll give people the impression that L.A. is (still, "post" real estate bubble) a ridiculously expensive place to live.
