Sadly, his carpal tunnel syndrome keeps coming back these days. Maybe from too much pounding on the keyboards instead of playing gently from a seated position?
At 2:04 in the video he inserts a bit of "Shortnin' Bread". On some versions he also adds a bit of "Turkey in the Straw". I am amazed that a British pianist would even know of these songs!
