Interesting Thanksgiving link.
I like a newspaper that uses Wordpress.
But I'm not sure of their grasp of economics. To say the debt doesn't matter is akin to saying property doesn't matter, or inflation, or collapse. To say "What difference in our lives will be made . . .
not much would change" is completely true--What difference if we're living in 1980 Moscow or 1994 Rwanda or 2010 California? Not much will change--unless it does.
