Very sad.  Don Cornelius has died..  Apparently by his own hand.

Cornelius created and hosted Soul Train, one of the coolest shows ever, which makes him one of the coolest guys ever.



PS Years ago I was on Jeopardy!. While waiting for the taping to start, we were fed a buffet lunch--on the set of Soul Train! That was better than any parting gift they could ever give out.
