One Of The Boys

When I was living in New Jersey, I was fascinated by Carvel Ice Cream's ads for Cookie Puss.  I wasn't the only one.



From this small start, who would have guessed the Beastie Boys would become one of the top hip hop bands of all.

Now Adam "MCA" Yauch, one of the original three, has died.  Let's not forget, this was a man who fought for our right to party.

Like any revolutionary act, they're now museum pieces in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.  Yauch was too ill to attend, but at least he lived long enough to see it happen.
