On a Michigan plate:  ELUSIVE.  Is someone on the lam?

ELITE QT.  I wondered if the driver worked for the Elite Model Management.  Unfortunately, the car was parked and I couldn't stick around.

ARTSPRT.  I'm guessing art spirit, though maybe art sprite. Either way, no doubt we're supposed to be impressed with the artistic soul who's driving the car.
