Happy birthday, Bob Shane, the only living member of the Kingston Trio.  It's hard to overstate how popular they were in the late 50s/early 60s during the folk boom.  From 1958 to 1963 they put out 14 top ten albums, including 5 number ones.  Then came the British Invasion, and they didn't chart like they used to, but those old songs are still a lot of fun.
