Downblousing is a crime? Upskirting, possibly so tasteless and juvenile, why not (although I do like the cut of that judge's jib), but downblousing? What's Hollywood going to do?

Clearly we've got to ban going out in public and looking at things.
I object to those who stare deeply into my eyes thus opening a window into my soul as a violation of right to privacy.

The Dems are doing their best to make it so, Anonymous (and no doubt the Republicans will rush in behind them).
But clearly you have not read the greatest political treatise extant by a living author. These, assuredly, are the branches of governemnt.
