Synergy

Nobody is excited about Bush except Bush and Romney's donors. Meanwhile, Democrats are worried that there isn't anyone to debate Hillary.

Duh. Bush should run as a Democrat. It's more than win-win, it's win raised to the 320 millionth power.

Dems would enjoy voting against a Bush.

Hillary Clinton has postponed announcing her run. Even NPR's commentator said it was a mistake, if she plans on running. And an impediment if she doesn't plan on running, since she is freezing the field while everyone waits.

personally, I think she will have a hard time against a younger Republican candidate - a Rubio or Walker, or even Rand Paul.

I think the baggage that Clinton carries though extensive, is less heavy than the baggage any of those guys have just from the rest of their party (and those 3 all have their own issues besides).

Once again, I think the 2016 election is dependent on the course or national, international and economic events that occur in the first 9 months of 2016 and probably mainly on irrelevant campaign gaffes. Clinton/westerner over Bush/ Walker 52-48. You hear it here first
Impeachment hearings begin in early 18

Luckily for Clinton, the voters kicked the Democrats out in 2010, allowing for enough gridlock that the economy actually had a chance to improve. It's still not great, but decent enough that Hillary can run without having to disavow Obama.
