Hmm. Law professor Paul Campos quotes Patrick Henry, then says Bush stinks because Mericans don't need no stinkin' phone taps. Good ending line: "terrorists only have power over the terrified. " (Although of course it should say, "have power over only the terrified.")

But I'm suspicious. He is a law professor, after all, and he's criticizing Bush. I want to know what the unseen second half of his column calls for. Is "liberty" universal health care? What is this sacrifice Mericans will happily make? Death at the hands of lunatics? Or will his next column (or perhaps his previous one) argue that Patrick H would clearly repeal Bush's tax cuts for the wealthy?
