Bad Ad
I haven't seen Michael Moore's Sicko yet, but I have seen the latest ad. It shows Moore taking George Bush's temperature.
The film is an investigation of our health care system compared to others. While I realize Moore fans would like nothing better than a Bush-bashing film, I don't quite get how showing the President, who isn't particularly associated with health care, relates too closely to the subject.

Because he isn't very closely associated with health care, despite it being one of the most critical issues facing the country.
And don't go all libertarian on me, because he increased the federal budget on Medicare very dramatically with the prescription drug benefit, and tied the government's hands with respect to negotiating prices. So no matter the philosophy under which one believes the government should act, Bush has gone in the wrong direction.
Regardless of how you feel about Bush's policies in this area (I'm not the biggest fan), we have had no completely-government-run health care through all our presidents. Nixon was, I think, the first one to try to socialize health care, and the Congress (which ultimately gets to decide this), then run by Democrats, turned him down. Since then, we've had six more presidents and other attempts, but so far no socialized medicine, and in fact, it hasn't seriously been on the table in the past decade; neither Clinton in '96, not Bush nor Gore nor Kerry since then, has made it a campaign issue. So this isn't about George Bush, even if you think he's gone in the wrong direction--this is about Michael Moore trying to capitalize on the hatred of Bush.
By the way, I don't think health care is one of the most critical issues facing the country. In fact, I don't even think it's a critical issue.
