Awards Season Has Just Started
Over at the Chicago Law School blog, Cass Sunstein announces today's LA Times will have his awards for Supreme Court Justices. Definitely worth checking out.
Here's how he puts it (heavily edited, though I won't tell you how since you can read the original so easily):
Who are the activists on the Supreme Court? Which justices show the most partisan voting patterns? Thomas Miles and I have compiled and analyzed a large number of the justices' votes, and we now have some answers. A small preview: One member of the current Court has the honor of finishing second for both Judicial Neutrality and Judicial Restraint: Justice David Souter.Update: The awards are presented in this article.

I could write the same thing as the current sole commenter on the uc blog:
"I would guess that the win goes to Breyer. I bet Stevens also does well."
The funny thing is, minderbender could be stating this from a wildly leftist viewpoint, while of course I'd be stating it from a moderate, middle of the road centrist and reasonable viewpoint.
SWMBCg, etc.
(my word verification code word: "gundolsm". Must mean something)
Yes, it means you're too lazy to take the fifteen seconds required to sign in.
