Cass Recants
I notice that Cass Sunstein appears on a recent episode of Bloggingheads.tv. A while ago he wrote a book entitled Republic.com where he suggested, to avoid the echo chamber effect, that the government require websites to link to opposing viewpoints. I'm pleased to see he now recognizes this was a mistake. I've never made it through a full hour at Bloggingheads, but if you wants to check it out, he repents within the first few minutes.

The latest email solicitation from the good old University of Chicago Law School (sent 3/3) kicks off with the following: "The University of Chicago Law School is excited to announce the launch of a book club for Law School alumni and partners. Professor Cass Sunstein has recommended “Falling Behind” by Robert Frank to kick-off the conversations."
By touting the Cass brand, are they willfully ignoring the fact he has thrown them over for the Harlot of Cambridge or are they subtly emphasizing the fact that Professor Sunstein is now (or shortly will be) an alum and partner not a Chicago mouthpiece.
(Despite his recantation, maybe the U of C appeal should link to PajamaGuy- it might increase our hits (by about 6, I'd guess))
