Good News For Nerds
...this one anyway.
I saw a trailer for season three of Heroes, and caught a flash of Ali Larter. I thought her character died last season, but they don't die easily on Heroes. Now it's been confirmed--she's coming back.
Perhaps Niki wasn't the greatest character, but I think the show's better with Ali around. Besides, it looks like she has a new personality.

That is one huge glamor shot of Ali Larter, but I love it.
The previews have left little to the imagination. Nathan is back too, and I saw Sylar in there (I thought he was going to be off being Spock in the new Star Trek reboot). Speaking of which, will Sulu find a way to return as Hiro's father?
But I'm glad Niki/Jessica/? will be back, as she is the only truly strong (as in "kapow") characters they have. Someone has to be able to rip the doors off cars.
I agree. What we need from Niki is more ass kicking and less brow furrowing. But it looks like she'll have a new personality to deal with this season.
I thought Hiro's father died, too, but as long as Hiro can time travel, there's always a possibility.
