Are You Experienced?
Sorry to hear that Star Trek: The Experience is closing today. I went on the ride soon after it opened in the late 90s. The whole place, with all the memorabilia, was a mecca for Star Trek fans. I'm surprised it's closing. Couldn't they at least wait to see how the new Star Trek movie will do?

Bummer! I only went for the first time this summer, and I didn't do the ride - just the museum (I didn't have time, dang it - who knew it would close!).
I hope they save the materials and maybe reopen some day - say in Orlando or Niagara Falls or some other Tourist Mecca.
