It Is Your Fault
Matt Damon is working on a documentary version of Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States. I don't think it's a good idea.
See, when he promoted the book in character in Good Will Hunting, it made sense. He played a working class street kid super-genius, exactly the kind of person who'd respond to Zinn--someone with a lot of facts but not a lot of wisdom. Someone so boiling over with resentment he can't think straight.
But why promote the book in real life?
1 Comments:
Because Mr. Damon is not a super-genius? I too found the book unworthy of documentary treatment.
