Closing The Barn Door

I heard a commentator on radio--don't know who it was--discuss President Obama's sweeping new financial regulations. He was for, and noted if they'd been in place we would have avoided the present crisis.

I'll take his word for it. Actually, it's not that hard to design regulations that'll prevent the last crisis. I want to know how they'll help us in the future.
