Looking For It

In the 99 Cent Store I saw a Hershey chocolate bar made with peanuts. This store buys stuff that didn't sell elsewhere, so I guess this never caught on like Hershey bars with almonds. But those are shaped differently. This is just a regular Hershey bar with peanuts added. Don't we have that already--it's called a Mr. Goodbar?

Marketing. Goodbar is so disco.

Wasn't there a famous bankruptcy case where a beer tanker was emptied one half into cans marked "Falstaff" and the other half into cans marked "Ballantine Ale" which at the time (late 60s) was more expensive and considered a premium brew

We have Tab, Diet Coke, and now Coke Zero, and sometimes you can find all of them in the same place.

Oddly, outside of the United States, the Three Musketeers is named "Milky Way", the Milky Way bar is named "Mars Bar", ,and the Mars Bar is named "Three Musketeers". Caveat emptor!

If you've been watching Mad Men recently, you know the first Diet Pepsi was named Patio. Better luck next time:

I heard Tab was considered to be a drink for women, so they needed a new diet drink for all to drink.

Different candy bars with the same names are scary. What about Smarties, which are small candy wafers in the US and the equivalent of M&Ms in Canada?
