From a recent poll in USA Today,"What women say makes a woman beautiful":
Self-confidence 87%
Positive outlook on life 82%
Upbeat personality 79%
Heathy/shiny hair 65%
A great figure 57%
Fair enough, but I'd like to see how this matches up with what men think.

Who knew anyone actually noticed healthy/shiny hair unless they were acting in a shampoo commercial? That one would surely be different for men.
As a woman, I can testify that self-confidence has made many an average-looking female seem attractive to men. (If that can be judged by, say, having men ask her out.) Most of these highly confident young ladies have blonde hair, however.
If you had more self-confidence, you woudn't need to write anonymous comments.
