Guilty As Charged
Janeane Garofalo may join a Criminal Minds spinoff. I've liked Garofalo's comedy work, though as a critics' darling, I often feel she's gotten a pass when she does drama. But really, who wants to wants to see a police procedural she stars in? At the end of every episode we'll discover the Bush Administration is responsible.

Jon Stewart had a great piece last night responding to Fox & Friends' tweaking him for allowing a guest to continue to blame Bush for the gulf oil spill. He deftly showed how Fox commentators continued to blame Clinton for Bush's problems throughout Bush's tenure, and even as recently as last week blamed Clinton for the oil spill. Everyone's got to have their bugaboo, I guess.
