Chicken Little

A chicken joint up the street has a sign on the wall warning customers that excessive use of paper products or condiments will be charged. Really? I thought the customer was always right.

I wonder if they've ever invoked this regulation. They better not try it on me. If they ever did, I'd throw the napkins back in their face and never set foot in there again.

That's no Harold's.

That place looks more like they'd charge you at the door for your carbon footprint. Better check your receipt.

My guess is they are good capitalists (if imperfect marketers) and some homeless person or college student was abusing the privilege and adding too many costs.

If I recall, Harold's just gave you some napkins with their food, you couldn't take any. And they were never enough.
