Critical Question

Was at the movie theatre over the weekend and saw two trailers in a row that quoted both Andrew O'Hehir and Manohla Dargis, and no one else.

Are these the only critics who count, or the only critics who liked these pieces of garbage?

You can tell the quality of the movie by the fame of the critics they quote. These two names aren't bad, especially Dargis of The New York Times, but they could do better. Ebert's a bigger name, though if we're talking art films he doesn't have as much cachet.

Who really notices what critics are quoted (well you guys I guess) Who really cares anymore about critics, they've been supplanted by the comments section
