I have a connection to this song-My band (which played 3 immortal dates in 1979-80)played "Do The Dog" in our final appearance (before the local constabulary shut down the garden club). We may have done other Specials sons too. Our bass guitarist, who was a part-time professional bass guitarist later in life and a great guy, died suddenly two weeks ago and we had just discussed our final gig and this song in particular online last month.
I looked up the lyrics* and I don't recall any lines about "Master racial masturbation" when I sang it. Also what they list as "Am I the dog the bit, the hand of the man that feeds it?" -I heard and sang in pre-internet lyric days as "Am I just a dick for having an opinion?"
