Beat It

The DeFranco Family had a few hits in the 1970s then disappeared from the charts.  Their lead singer was Tony DeFranco.  Happy birthday, Tony.

The song they're remembered for, if they're remembered at all, was their top ten hit "Heartbeat, It's A Lovebeat." Sort of the "MMMBop" of its day.

I remember this song, but seems to me it was covered by someone else that was bigger.

Anyway, were you aware that Google-Chrome was blocking access to this site yesterday, asserting that it had been hacked and posed a virus threat?

I did notice the blockage to the site. However the DeFranco Family hit that was on my K-Tel albums was their cover of "Save The Last Dance For Me""

No one else had a hit with this song. I don't know if anyone else wanted to. I can almost guarantee if you ever heard this song, it was from the DeFranco Family.

If this site was hacked I must have missed it. I don't know what I can do if Google-Chrome says that happened.
