SICILEE. Is there some rule about vanity plates that they have to have cutesy spellings?

TONKAFJ has to refer to the Toyota FJ Cruiser. There's been a long running joke that it looks just like a Tonka truck, particularly the yellow and black version. I'm guessing he crashed his and switched the plates to a Tacoma.
