Changes his mind? That would be that he's not running.
If he were sane, he would be making a play for VP, which is reasonably sensible.
But he's not sane, and he has no chance of the main play. I respectfully disagree he would be formidable. I'd almost rather have Bush. (Almost.)
Sane or not, if we end up with him as the candidate, we can welcome President O'Malley.
