Rock 'N' Roller Stoller
Mike Stoller, of Lieber and Stoller fame, turns 87 today. They were one of the greatest songwriting time of early rock and roll, and they were matchless when it came to sense of humor.

Interesting. I think that they have a distinctive 'voice.' I can recognize their songs even though they are done by multiple different artists. The humor is certainly a part of it but even on 'moody' songs there is a certain storytelling in each song. Have they ever had a broadway show or has one been constructed using their songs?
There was a highly successful show of their songs called Smokey Joe's Café. It ran for years on Broadway.
