Now imagine yourself as a 67 year old man, with a house in NY and one in Hawaii and enough money to live more than comfortably the rest of your life. You're offered $5MM to work for an organization that has been anywhere from difficult to infuriating to work for the past 12 years, and now insults your pride. I bet you won't.
