Well, I never really gave much credence to these claims until my bank installed a new DIEBOLD cash machine. Based on my single limited experience (yes the bank eventually figured everything out and put things to right as far as I could tell-- but still), I would not be surprised by inaccuracy in voting results tabulated by their stuff- another example of inept government crony contractor putting out bad product thus fueling these claims of conspiracy in future close or late-swinging elections.
