All About The Singing

Whenever I watch opera on TV, I think gee, these guys are bad actors. But then I think maybe if they were singing in English and I could understand them, I'd get it.

And then I see something like Dr. Atomic (on PBS recently) where they actually sing in English, and I'm reminded that they are bad actors.
