Any Volunteers?
I can imagine undergoing waterboarding just to see what it feels like, but even if it were done by friends, I can't see allowing them to try any of the techniques found in this Al-Qaeda handbook.
PS Sorry for the ugly image. I tried a somewhat nicer one (head in vise) but it didn't show up properly.

The vise operator's dumb grin makes it even more horrifying
My personal opinion: Torture is wrong. Waterboarding (as done by US) is not torture.
My personal opinion: stealing is wrong. Taking what I need is not stealing.
My personal opinion: You don't like slaves, don't own one.
Possible that I am just rationalizing and my pro US bias is showing. There are some who would say without any rationalizing-hellyeah! torture the dude if need be to protect US. I do not agree. And I don't think I am rationalizing about waterboarding because as shown in the picture starting this discussion. Waterboarding is not in the same league as drilling someone's hand. And the was the US did waterboarding is not even the same as it is often done. But if you do convince me it is torture I will say don't do it, even to get that "ticking time bomb" info.
