Interesting the paragraph in which he (somewhat accurately) says that the Repubs stance on govt spending is just bunk. But let's say that there were some repubs or perhaps another party that really lined up behind real cuts. Would you be in favor of them Frank?

Neither party has the political will to stop the growth of spending, but if that's what you want, you still go with the side that says it'll cut spending, since that means they'll probably grow it slower.
