The date is not fully agreed on, but I believe Cow Appreciation Day should be celebrated on the 15th of July.

I like the cow's attitude. She's curious, but once the woman screams, Bossy wants nothing to do with the place.
I believe they had to move Cow Appreciation Day from July 14 to July 15 because of the French who considered conflating cows with Marianne a stain on the national honor. (And they really don't have any room for more)
That's not how I remember the opera "Aida".
