RIPFTHR.  Pretty ghoulish plate. Did they buy the car with their inheritance?

Saw BLUETGR.  According to Wikipedia, there are a bunch of blue tigers.  Take your pick. (In my case, it'd be someone who follows baseball in Detroit for the last couple decades.)

2BOSSUP.  Too bad he's not the first boss up.

SHRTY1.  I guess it's for Shorty, though perhaps it's someone who really like shirts.

BAK2BAK.  Not sure what this means, but I'm guessing it's not about sports.

ACDMY03.  In any other state, this would announce someone graduated from somewhere 8 years ago.  Here it means someone won an Oscar (probably a technical one).  Or was nominated.  Or worked on the show.  At least he's not bragging about winning an Emmy, which I've seen.
